Imesa won a contract of € 7,000,000.00 with Petrofac, a company specialized in providing services to the oil industry for the supply of 33 Medium Voltage Electrical panels.

IMESA awarded a Framework contract for a value of Euro 4.183.000,00 related to make changes of electrical panels for interfacing with PMS system for the Val d'Agri oil center facility that will keep committed until the end 2016.

Imesa Wins Contract from Weatherford, an American company, for the construction of 11 containerized substations for a total value of 28.6 million of $ for a project in Iraq.

Imesa celebrates the anniversary of its first 40 years in business. In the same year it acquires the supply of electrical panels for the school ship of the Italian Navy, the Amerigo Vespucci.
It also acquires the order for a FPSO for the exploitation of oil wells off the Brazilian coast.

Imesa provides 20 fixed and 6 mobile stations to Saipem for a yard for the construction of oil platforms at Karimun in Indonesia.
In the same year it reached an agreement with Imtech Marine & Offshore, a world leader in the maritime market, to manage the global network of maintenance of the electrical panels of about 120 ships backed by Imtech.
Also it acquires from Terna, in ATI, the design and construction of six primary HV / MV substations

In the same year was born Marches Energy Ltd., a company that builds and operates photovoltaic plants

Imesa Bulgaria LTD was born which has as core business the production of Medium and Low Voltage electrical panels with orientation to Eastern European markets.

Imesa begins the production of its IMS for gas.
In the same year it acquires the shares of Tecnip-Kti spa specializes in the Oil & Gas sector and in the construction of furnaces for the production of hydrogen.

Imesa wins the contract for supply of electrical panels for the Italian-French project of two class frigates HORIZON and 10 frigates FREMM class

Imesa acquired by ENEL the supply and installation of 2 containers for mobile primary cabins complete with medium voltage switchgear, transformers and low voltage switchboards.

Imesa provides panels at the first Italian aircraft carrier, the ship Conte Cavour. In the same year it creates a consortium with Ansaldo and Alstom (later Converteam), for the production of electricity and the propulsion of cruise ships in the Carnival-Costa group.

Imesa realizes its first photovoltaic power plants in China and Mongolia, in collaboration with Eni.

Imesa moved to its current Headquarters in via Giuseppe di Vittorio 14 - Jesi. The new factory is composed by a first, 2,400 m² building with offices, and a second one with an area of 10,800 square meters which houses the production departments and the warehouse.

IMESA starts with first supplies for mines. Imesa technicians descend to 500 meters deep to install panels for Samin Group needed to the electrical system of Monteponi mines (Cagliari) and Raibl (Udine).

It borns a collaboration with Fincantieri for several military ships including the flagship of the fleet, the ship Giuseppe Garibaldi.

Imesa devotes himself as a high-level company providing panels to Snam Progetti for the pipeline Algeria - Italy.
In the same year Imesa receives the qualification for panels destined to electricity production for Enel.
